Hermis Mary Beiswenger Hendershot, 93

Hermis Mary Beiswenger Hendershot, 93, passed away Tuesday May 17, 2016 in Mound View Health Care with her family by her side. Hermis was born October 20, 1922 in Wheeling, W.Va. daughter of the late Albert and Ida Lasher Beiswenger. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Moundsville. Preceded in death by her husband Roy I Hendershot Sr., son Roy I. Hendershot Jr., two sisters Elizabeth Boyd, and Barbara Highwart and two brothers Albert Beiswenger & Carl Beiswenger. Survived by one son Allen (Bonnie) Hendershot of Moundsville, W.Va. three grandchildren Roy I Hendershot lll, Melissa (Jerry) Stuber and Kristen (Nelson) Hooker, one great-grandson Cole Hooker and one expecting great-grandson. Family will receive friends Thursday May 19, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.Va where services will be held Friday May 20,2016 with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at Noon with Pastor Wesley Howsare officiating. Interment will follow to Mt. Zion Cemetery, Wheeling W.Va.
