Vickie Marlene Garrison Morningstar, 65 of McMechen, W.Va. passed away Thursday July 28, 2016 at Liza's Place Wheeling, W.Va. Vickie was born October 4, 1950 in Ohio County daughter of the late Lance & Helen Byser Garrison. Retired from Walmart & was a self-employed hairdresser. Preceded in death by her parents and one brother Roger Garrison. Survived by two daughters Holly (Hilbert) "Bo" Fyock of Cameron, W.Va. Alexis (Donnie) Wood of Moundsville, W.Va .; one son Mark (Ashley) Howard of Moundsville, W.Va two brothers Jerry Garrison of Moundsville, and Mark Garrison of GlenDale, W.Va,; six grandchildren Maverick Fyock, Noelle Fyock, Trinity Ramirez, Dominick Wood, Hawnna Wood, and Nova Howard; and a very close cousin Teresa Blake, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew, and cousins. Arrangements by Anderson Funeral Home 1109 2nd St Moundsville, W.Va. A graveside service will be held Monday August 1, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Mausoleum Chapel in Riverview Cemetery on Round Bottom Hill. with pastor Ralph Green officiating..
