Debbie Owens 56, of Moundsville, W.Va. passed away Wednesday August 17, 2016 She was born July 24, 1960 in Houston, Texas daughter of the late Dennis & Nannie Moon Teas. She was a waitress and a factory worker. Survived by two sons Mark Teas of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Dennis Rogers of Florida, one niece with whom she resided with Terri Myers of Moundsville, W.Va. one brother Dennis Teas pf Mayflower, Arkansas,; one granddaughter Ellie Teas of Little Rock, Arkansas,; There will be no visitation.
