Brian Michael Melott 35, of Benwood, W.Va passed away Monday, September 19, 2016 in Bellaire Hospital. Brian lost his battle with addiction . He was born July 6, 1981 in Wheeling Hospital son of Debbie Shriner Carpino & Mike Melott. He was employed at Silgan Plastics of Dallas Pike as an Inspector. Survived by his mother Debbie Carpino & step father Sam Carpino of Shadyside, Ohio,; father Mike Melott & step mother Pam Melott of Bellaire, Ohio,; finance Ashley Truex of Moundsville, W.Va daughter Katelyn Melott of Shadyside, Ohio,; four sons Brian Alexious Nolin Melott, Peyton Melott, Carson Melott, and Jaxson Melott,; two sisters Michelle Parsons of Jacobsburg, Ohio and Tasha (David ) Jack of Shadyside, Ohio, one niece Grace Van Scyoc, and three nephews Austin Brown, Rylan Jack, and Caden Jack and two step brothers Craig Brown & Kevin Brown both of Moundsville. Family will receive friends Thursday September 22, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. and Friday September 23, 2016 from 1 p.m. until time of services at 3:00 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.Va. Interment at the convenience of the family.
