Ronald Eugene Lowe 58, of Moundsville, W.Va. passed away Thursday, November 17, 2016 in Ruby Memorial Hospital Morgantown, W.Va. Ron was born June 10, 1958 in Glen Dale, W.Va. son of Robert & Janice Carte Lowe. Ron was a retired Correction Officer at the West Virginia Department of Correctional Facility in Moundsville. He was a protestant by faith. Preceded in death by his father. Survived by his loving wife Cheryl Little Lowe of thirty-three years, mother Janice Lowe, two son Jason Lowe and Jeb (Brittany) Lowe,; one sister Sharon (Roy) Clark all of Moundsville, W.Va and one brother Tim (Sandy) Lowe of Rocky Face, Georgia,; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. At Ron's request there will be no services or visitation.
