Samuel Blake

Samuel Howard Blake, 88 of Cameron, W.Va., passed away Tuesday September 19, 2017 at Mound View Health Care. Sam was born March 25, 1929 in Marshall County son of the late George & Rebecca Yoders Blake. He attended the House of Prayer of Cameron. A U.S. Army Veteran an served in the Korean Conflict. Retired from the City of Moundsville Sanitation Department. Preceded in death by his wife Naomi Young Blake, one sister Becky Grimm, three brothers Tom, Roy and Clem. Survived by one grandson Michael (Racheal) Young of Moundsville, W.Va., and one granddaughter Candy (Shane) Hendershot of Columbia, Ohio; and one sister JoAnn Masters of Chester, W.Va. and three great-grandchildren Austin, Lauren and Alexa.
