Joseph Buck Aston

Joseph Buck Aston Jr. 88, of Glen Dale, W.V. formally of Fork Ridge passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017 in Shadyside Care Center. He was born on Fork Ridge in Marshall County son of the late Joseph & Gertrude Ryan Aston. Retired from W.V. Labors Union. A member of the Jr. Q.U.A.M. Mound City Council #6 and a U.S. Army Veteran. Preceded in death by his wife Melva Richmond Aston, step daughter Gloris Van Scyoc, five brothers, Henry, CY, Don, John, and Henry three sisters Peggy Kuhn, Erma Davis, Judy Aston. Survived by three sisters Maxine Burkey of Pleasant Valley, W.V. Anna (Mike) Emerson of South Carolina, and Patty (Wayne) Myers of Glen Easton, W.V. Family will receive friends at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.V. Saturday November 25, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until time of Services at noon with Pastor Wesley Howsare officiating. Moundsville Veteran Honor Guard will conduct military Honors. Interment at the convenience of the family.
