Charlie Donley

Charlie Edward Donley ll 40, of Moundsville, WV passed away Wednesday December 7, 2022. He was born March 29, 1982 in Waynesburg, Pa. son of Charles Donley and Janine Yoho Whipkey. A member of Roofers Local #188 of Wheeling, WV. Charlie was an avid hunter & fisherman and loved to ride his motorcycle. Preceded in death by his mother, Janine Lea "Blue" Yoho Whipkey. Survived by his father Charles (Diane) Donley of Moundsville, WV; one daughter, Jessi Lynn Donley. One brother, Glen Donley (Summer Mets) of Moundsville, WV; two nieces, Jade and Dakota and some aunts, uncles and cousins. Family will receive friends Saturday December 10, 2022 from 11:30 a.m. until time of services at 1:30 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, WV with Pastor Debbie Dague officiating.
