Debra (Huggins) Gump 65, of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Friday March 22, 2024 at home. She was born April 4, 1958, in Moundsville, W.V. daughter of the late Kenneth and Emma Jean Robinson Huggins.  Preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Larry "Mike" Huggins, Charles Huggins and a nephew, Ryker Schrader. Survived by her daughter, Melissa (Nick) Chaplin, granddaughter, Natalie;  brothers, Kenneth R. "Dick" (Osie) Huggins, Timothy Huggins and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Monday April 1, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor James Higginson officiating at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.V.   Interment in Greenlawn Cemetery, Moundsville, W.V.
