Donald Hyer

Donald LaVern Hyer 80, of Moundsville, WV passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2022 in Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born May 18, 1941 in Spokane, Washington; son of the late Donald and Etta Hoag Hyer. A member of the First Christian Church of Moundsville. Retired from Areo Space Company in California. Preceded in death by his parents, sister, Joyce Lookib[ll, first wife, Shirley Vinge-Hyer, and second wife, Shirley Williams Hyer. Survived by one daughter, Katherine (David) McKay of Riverside, Calif; two sons, Donald Kevin Hyer and Jeffrey Scott (Denise) Hyer all of Colorado; grandchildren, Allison (Tylor) Esa, Regina (David) Naslund, Sean (Tiina) McKay, and Megan Hyer, Rebecca Hyer and Serena Hyer, seven great grandchildren and one on the way. Visitation Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at noon at Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Pastor Earl Shaw officiating. A private graveside will be held in Highland Cemetery, Cameron, WV
