Howard Lynn Carr 58, of Moundsville, WV passed away Saturday May 20, 2023. He was born May 19, 1965 in Glen Dale, WV; son of the late Howard Kernan and Helen Carr. mm Preceded in death by his parents, half-sister, Linda Boring and son, Zachery Deal. Survived by one daughter, Brittany Carr (Jeff Brown) of Moundsville, WV; one son, Devan (Chelsea) Carr of New Martinsville, WV one sister, Lisa Palmer and her companion (Jake Trayon) of Moundsville, WV uncle, Harry Carr and grandchildren, Dalton Earnest and Ayla Carr and cousins.
