Janine "Blue" Whipkey

Janine Lea "Blue" Whipkey 60, of Moundsville, WV passed away Saturday November 20, 2021 She was born March 4, 1961 in Wheeling, WV daughter of Caroll Riggle Yoho Cooper. Janine over the years was a Nurses Aide & a Bartender. Preceded in death by her 4th husband, Donald "Indian" Whipkey, 3rd husband, Frederick Campbell and sister, Jo Anna Yoho. Survived by her mother, Caroll Cooper of Moundsville, sons, Charles Edward Donley ll (Jenna Hanket) and Glen Donley; one sister, Judy (Tom) Gorby all of Moundsville, WV; two granddaughters, Jessi Lynn Donley and Jade Elizabeth Anderson; niece, Miranda Gorby and nephew, David Gorby. Family will receive friends Tuesday November 23, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, where services will be held Wednesday Nov. 24, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Debbie Dague officiating. Burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
