Joann Lashare

Joann Burge Lashare 85, of Moundsville, W.V.  went to be with the Lord on Sunday November 24, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born March 6, 1939, in Moundsville, W.V. daughter of the late John and Joan Martin Burge. Joan was loved by everyone who knew her, Joann was a go getter she always, was self-employed ran many restaurants Glendale Donut Shop & The Bingo Supply Store and many more.  She loved gambling especially bingo & poker machines, She most of all loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was welcomed into the Gates of Heaven by her beloved husband, Herbert Tucker Jr. her parents, brothers, Robert and John Burge, sisters, Betty Lou Burge, Pauline Prochaska, Gladys Omear, Irene Crone, Marjorie McClelland, Daisy Winland, her son, Ricky Masters, grandchildren, Amanda Masters, Argel Masters, Rikkell Masters, and Amanda Och. Survived by two daughters, Paulette Lightner (Sean) Leyland, Melanie (Rocky) Thompson, three sons, Robert (Deena) Masters, Ronnie (Kari) Keller, Jack (Wende) Lightner; 14 grandchildren, Jason Masters, Ashley Chapman, Zachary, Kage, Alesha Keller, Ashley Phillips, McKenna, Marissa Lightner, Brittany Hyman, Cody, Cole Croghan, Zachary, Anthony, Montana Thompson; and 17 great-grandchildren.  Family will receive friends Friday November 29, 2024, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St. Moundsville, W.V. where services will be held Saturday November 30. 2024 at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Larry Jenkins officiating. Interment in Riverview Cemetery.
