Joseph Ray Kisner

Joseph Ray Kisner 83, of Wind Ridge, Pa. passed away Monday June 5, 2023 at home. He was born June 10,1939 on Hart's Run in McCracken, Pa. son of the late Joseph Harold & Mary Kay Simms Kisner. An Army Veteran of the United States. Joe Ray retired from the Pipe Fitters Local #798 Tulsa, Oklahoma with over 40 years of service. A lifelong member of the Sugar Grove Union Bible Church of McCracken Pa., Preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Geraldine Nelson and one brother, Robert "Bob" Kisner: one son, James Kisner and his wife, Carolyn Ruth Rayle Kisner. Survived by one daughter, Cathy McGowen (Michael Cornell) of Waynesburg, Pa.; two sons, Chris (Rebecca) Kisner of McCracken, Pa.; and Daniel (Angie) Kisner of Virginia Beach, Va.; seven grandchildren, Justin McGowan, Leeza McGowan, Kelsey Kisner, Ryan Kisner, Ethan Kisner, Grant Kisner and Jacob Kisner and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Thursday, June 8th, 2023, at the Sugar Grove Union Bible Church, McCracken Road Wind Ridge, Pa 15380 from 11:30 a.m. until time of services at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor David Lund officiating.
