Larry "Red" Hammers

Larry Wayne "Red" Hammers 80 of Cameron, WV passed away February 9, 2021 at home. He was born February 20, 1940 in Cameron, WV; son of the late Ralph and Bessie Slonaker Hammers. Larry was a retired school bus driver for Marshall County Schools, and coached football, volleyball and track in Cameron. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Janice, and his children Larry, Randy, Jamie (Jesse), Kirsten (Buddy) and Josh (Stefnie); 14 grandchildren, Alex, Layne, Peyton. Mikayla, Josh, Brady, Kayden, McKendra, Asa, Peri, Reagan, Roman, Levi, Cruz and one great-grandson Jack; one brother Ralph "Sonny" (Paige) Hammers, and one sister, Patty Stewart and many nieces and nephews.
