Lou Ann Conner

Lou Ann (Coast) Conner 56, of Belmont Ohio passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022 in Wheeling Hospital. She was born November 18, 1965 in Wheeling, WV daughter of Harold and Linda Taylor Coast. Preceded in death by her mother, Linda Coast, and mother and father-in-law, Ralph and Regina Conner. Employed by Lauttamus Communication & Security of Weirton, WV and a member of the Martins Ferry Yacht Club. 1984 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 1996 graduate of Stark Technical College. Survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Rusty Conner, father, Harold Coast of Wheeling, WV; one sister, Kelly Rogerson of Wheeling, WV; one brother, Randy Coast of Bridgeport, Ohio; sister-in-law Cheryl (Brian) Jones of Morgantown, WV; several nieces and nephews, Kyle (Michelle) Stephenson, Camden Rogerson, Nicholas Coast, Michael Jones, Amanda and Jessica Jones, Taylor Coast and great nephews, Fletcher and Colton, beloved pets, Lily and Moka. Family will receive friends Friday March 4, 2022 at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 1109 2nd St Moundsville, WV from 3-7 p.m. Interment at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Ruby Cancer Center 65 Medical Center Dr. Morgantown, WV 26506 or Belmont or Marshall County Animal Shelter.
