Ruth Smith

Ruth Helen Smith 88, of Moundsville, WV passed away Saturday February 5, 2022 in Good Shepherd Nursing Home. She was born June 29, 1933 in Moundsville, WV daughter of the late Zachary and Mary Taylor. She was a Christian by faith. Preceded in death by her husband, Bennie Smith, six brothers and sisters. Survived by one daughter, Rebecca Ruth Rine of Benwood, WV; three sons, Richard (Debra) Hartley, Robert (Bonnie) Hartley all of Moundsville, WV; and Russell (Debra) Hartley of Lex.
