Bill Williams

William "Lee" Lemoyne Williams 72 of Moundsville, W.V. passed away Monday November 9, 2020 in Ruby Memorial Hospital. William was born January 31, 1948 in Strausburg, Pa. son of the late Louis and Nellie McLaughlin Williams. Retired from Tri-State Ambulance as a paramedic. Preceded in death by his parents, two daughter-in-laws Debra Williams and Charlene Williams and one grandson, Jayce Williams. Survived by his wife, Donna Cook Williams, three sons, Mark (Terri) Williams, Chris (Leslie) Williams all of Moundsville, W.V. Jeff Williams of Bellaire, Ohio; two sisters, Phyllis Ostrander of Moundsville, W.V. Charlotte (Paul) Merselis of Colorado; one brother, Jim (Beth) Williams of Maryland and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and step grandchildren. There will be no visitation or services.
