Vera "Jeannie" Rutan

Vera "Jeanie" Jean Rutan 66, of Moundsville W. V. Passed away Thursday, August 29, 2024. She was born January 7, 1958, in Glendale, WV daughter of Lloyd and Andrea Stanley Rutan. She was years ago with Carrie Bell Pet Shop. Preceded in death by her mother and one brother Raymond Rutan. Survived by her father, Lloyd Rutan, two sons, Tony (Sarah) Jones Jr., and Raymond Jones all of Moundsville, WV two sisters, Lisa (James) Gibson of Wellsburg, WV and Debbie Lamp, and her companion (Bob Coleman), of Moundsville, W.V.  three grandsons, Tony Jones lll, Hunter Jones and Remington Jones one great grandson, Jace and one great granddaughter Oaklynn and some aunts, uncles, nieces nephews and cousins.
